Terms of service
Simple rules for responsible roleplay software and working with CoreSystems.
Last updated: October 16, 2026.
Who we are
CoreSystems is an independent development studio building software for ERLC roleplay communities. For legal, billing, privacy, or security notices, email info@mythiccadnetwork.online.
Age requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and approve any purchase.
Custom projects and payments
Project scope, pricing, delivery expectations, support, cancellation, refund conditions, and any code ownership or licence terms must be agreed in writing before paid work begins. Sending an enquiry does not create an order or payment obligation. Any applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
No affiliation
CoreSystems is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Roblox Corporation, Discord, Emergency Response: Liberty County, Police Roleplay Community, or any commercial CAD provider. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Private roleplay use
Our ERLC tools are intended for roleplay servers, not real-world emergency dispatch. Do not use them to harass, impersonate, or disrupt other players or services. Follow the rules of Roblox, Discord, and any connected service.
Server access and API keys
You may only request integrations for servers you own or have permission to manage. Do not submit passwords or API keys in the sales enquiry form. Any access needed for a project must be arranged securely and used only for the agreed work.
Community responsibility
Server owners are responsible for their community rules, membership, permissions, and the data they choose to collect. Custom tools do not replace responsible moderation or compliance with third-party platform rules.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to services that are abused, violate these terms, or put the platform or other users at risk, subject to applicable law and any written project agreement.
Limitation of liability
Roleplay software is provided as-is except as agreed in writing or required by law. We are not responsible for in-game events, server downtime, or losses caused by ERLC or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service grows. Changes do not replace the terms of an existing written project agreement without agreement or a lawful basis.
