What we collect
When you submit a sales enquiry, we collect your name, reply email, Discord server invite link, enquiry text, and submission time. Please do not include passwords, API keys, payment card information, or sensitive personal records. This website does not require an account or collect payment details.
How we use your information
We use enquiry details to understand your project, contact you about your request, and keep a record of our discussion. A submission is stored securely in Lovable Cloud. If owner email notifications are enabled, your enquiry is also sent to info@mythiccadnetwork.online.
API keys stay protected
The sales form does not request API keys. If a custom project needs access to an ERLC server or Discord bot, the handling of that access will be agreed separately. Credentials must be stored in secure server-side environments, not exposed to other users or included in browser code.
No tracking, no selling
We do not sell enquiry data, display advertisements, or use marketing tracking cookies. Hosting providers may process technical connection information to operate and secure the website. The site loads its font from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information necessary to deliver it.
Who can access your information
Enquiries are available to the CoreSystems operator and service providers needed to store or deliver them. They are not publicly readable. Third-party services such as Discord operate under their own privacy policies.
You control your data
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your enquiry information by emailing info@mythiccadnetwork.online from the email you submitted. We may need to verify that the request is yours. We retain enquiry information only as needed for project discussions, legitimate records, and any legal obligations.
Children
Our services are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information, contact us so we can remove it.
Custom project data
A custom CAD, bot, or moderation tool may handle different data from this sales website. The relevant data handling, access permissions, and responsibilities must be discussed as part of that project.
